General Advising Information |

The Advising section of the School of Education web site is designed to help students prepare for the required meeting with their advisor each semester. This information should be consulted PRIOR to the advising session. When a student arrives at the advising session, they should bring the following:
- Their four-year plan
- A print-out of their Program Guidesheet, completed before the session
- Their SDS sheet (green and white)
- Grad check information (if applicable)

Endorsements |
Olivet Nazarene University offers many different endorsements that both elementary and secondary teacher education students can take, qualifying them to teach at the middle school level. Endorsements are a great avenue for teachers who want to broaden their qualifications. For a list of endorsements and their requirements, see the Endorsements page.

Field Experience Hours |

Students often have questions on which courses require field experiences and how many hours those field experiences are. It is recommended that a student works to balance these field experience courses out so they are not taking more than 2 in one semester. See the Field Experience Hours page for this important information.
