A4. This would be any project that relates to your field and demonstrates that you understand how to teach your subject effectively. Communicate with your advisor or one of the School of Education faculty if you have any specific questions on the types of examples to include.

A5. It would be highly appropriate to include the lesson plan with the Assessment Activity, since this will demonstrate your ability more effectively.

A6. Students do not need to do anything for the chapel attendance requirement. This will be handled by the School of Education. A separate tab for this is not needed.

A7. Notice that it says "letters," not "letter," so at least 2 letters should be included. Letters can be written by anyone in charge of service opportunities you have been involved with and should include a description of what you did and how well you did it. Certificates of recognition and involvement may be included, but letters should accompany these.

A8. Yes, you will need both the technology integration plan and the PowerPoint presentation. Your presentation should be of high quality, but it would be acceptable to print out one to include that you have not yet taught.
